Nurse Dawn's Drop-in hours:
Tuesdays from 5:30-7 PM or by appt
As a registered nurse connected to the congregational nurse program, Nurse Dawn serves the community by offering:
  • blood pressure+blood sugar screens
  • guidance for uninsured persons in accessing primary care financial assistance programs through Cone Health
  • nutrition education
  • mental health counselling
  • periodic health fairs & flu shots
  • advocacy for persons experiencing homelessness
University of North Carolina at Greensboro
School of Nursing
UNC Greensboro School of Nursing students gain community-based experience and provide: 
  • nutrition education 
  • support for health fairs
  • help running our food pantry
Guilford County Solution to the Opiod Problem
GC-STOP serves residents of our county and seeks to decrease opioid-related deaths by offering: 
  • syringe exchange
  • clean-use education and materials
  • counselling
  • assistance in accessing addiction treatment programs
Beginning in Sept 2019:
GC-STOP will operate a pop-up clinic using Holy Spirit's parking lot to serve residents of Northeast Greensboro.
